What’s your DISC colour?
20 groups of four sentences. In each one, pick the one that describes you most and the one that describes you least. A few minutes is all it takes.
- D — Dominant
- I — Influential
- S — Steady
- C — Compliant
Nothing is stored. No email address, no account, nothing sent anywhere: the test runs entirely in your browser and the result disappears when you close the page. Write it down if you want to keep it.

Why a forced-choice test?
Most online questionnaires ask how much you agree with a statement. That lets you describe yourself as very attentive, very decisive and very rigorous all at once — and the result ends up describing no one in particular.
An ipsative, or forced-choice, test makes you decide: in every group, one sentence stands out and another is set aside. What comes out isn’t a score but a shape— where your four colours sit relative to one another. That’s also why the four scores always add up to zero.
One limit is worth stating plainly: twenty groups give you a tendency, not a professional profile. A certified DISC training relies on a longer questionnaire and guidance from a trainer, who checks that the description matches what the person actually experiences at work.
To talk it through — a debrief of your result, or a DISC training for your team — let’s set up a time to talk.
